Kate Whitten is a trial attorney who practices in Jefferson County and Bullitt County. She received her juris doctorate with honors from Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky.  She was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2005, and began her own office immediately thereafter. 

Kate is a member of the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Kentucky Bar, the Louisville Bar and the American Bar Association. 

She is dedicated to providing aggressive, but personal service.  She values her clients as people and strives to represent their individual needs.
